Touchless Infrared Sensor
An infrared motion sensor detects a hand under the outlet and dispenses foam in about 0.2 seconds, with no pump to touch.
The LAOPAO Touchless Foaming Soap Dispenser is a cheerful touchless foam dispenser with a durability gamble, best for families with young children. Rated 4.1 out of 5 across 3,675 user ratings. The main drawback: needs foaming or diluted soap. We scored it 3.8 out of 5.
Kids will happily wash their hands for a smiley face and a puff of foam, and that's where the LAOPAO touchless dispenser shines. It's quick, tidy and genuinely economical on soap. The gamble is longevity: the pump can stop pushing foam after months or years, and it only works with foaming or diluted soap. Luckily the seller has a good record of replacing units under the 12-month warranty.
NoFussDeal rates the LAOPAO Touchless Foaming Soap Dispenser 3.8 out of 5 at $26.99. Last updated September 26, 2026.
An infrared motion sensor detects a hand under the outlet and dispenses foam in about 0.2 seconds, with no pump to touch.
The pump mixes diluted soap with air to make foam, with a high setting of 1.0g and a low setting of 0.6g per dispense.
A see-through reservoir clicks into the base of the dispenser and pulls off from underneath for refilling.
Runs on 1.5V AA batteries (not included), housed in a locking compartment on the back, with a smiley-face indicator for status.

Open the compartment on the back and insert 1.5V AA batteries (not included), then lock the cover.
Use foaming soap, or dilute regular liquid hand soap at about one part soap to three or four parts water.
Pull the reservoir off the bottom, fill it while keeping it upright, then pivot it back in and press until it clicks.
Press the power button; the smiley indicator lights up.
Hold the power button for three seconds to switch between high (1.0g) and low (0.6g) foam.
Stand it on a flat counter with a little space from the tap and anything you reach for often, to avoid accidental triggers.
Only for some buyers: we score it 3.8 out of 5. The LAOPAO touchless dispenser is quick, tidy and economical, and its smiley face does more to get children washing their hands than any lecture.
Rated 4.1 out of 5 across 3,675 user ratings, with 64% giving it five stars and 12% one star.
Some units stop dispensing after months. Needs foaming or diluted soap.
Rinse the pipe with water now and then to stop soap drying inside. Wipe the sensor if it stops responding.
If it whirs but won't foam, fill the reservoir with water and dispense a few times. For stubborn blockages, push water through the tube end with a squeeze bottle until it flows freely.

The LAOPAO touchless dispenser is quick, tidy and economical, and its smiley face does more to get children washing their hands than any lecture. Two foam settings, an angled outlet and a back-mounted battery compartment show some thought in the design. The weak spot is the pump: some units stop dispensing after months, though others last years, and the seller has a good record of replacing failures. Use foaming or diluted soap and keep it flushed.
A fun, practical touchless dispenser for kitchens and family bathrooms. Keep the receipt, because its durability is less dependable than its design.
